Husky's management reflects a Total Quality Management philosophy - not a program, but a way of doing
business from the top down. Our new facility supports the highest levels of quality assurance, including
full ESD compliance, constant training programs for personnel, a rigid set of procedures developed and
monitored by QC staff and management. Top level management at Husky is derived from the manufacturing
sector, so the highest levels of professionalism and control are in effect HERE, so you can be assured
THERE. Additonally, we just reciveded ISO 9001:2000 certification. As an IDEA (Independent Distributor of Electronics Association) Board member, Husky intends to be one of the first to become a Quality Certified IDEA Member.
We take delivery commitments just as seriously as we take quality. Our on time delivery is above 99% on
a line item basis. If, for reasons beyond our control, we cannot ensure on time delivery or have a quality
issue, we will call to notify you IMMEDIATELY. We have ongoing training programs so that your representative
is updated on the latest trends in the industry, the latest things to look out for, and the latest technology.
We also develop career paths for all of our staff, so you will not be working with someone for a short period
of time and then moved to another representative. Consistency in delivery and quality starts with your in house
representative, who will get to know you, your company, and your needs. Your representative will tend to your
deliveries and watch them for you. This commitment to excellence is how long-term reliability leads to long-term
